Vision
_ Leadership for Change envisions a Princeton culture in which leaders are not defined by position or title, but rather by students’ motivation to develop themselves and others as leaders, and by their ability to envision and effect change in their organization, community, and field.
We envision a campus community that fosters a strong, dynamic, and active network of leaders who openly share their leadership practices, that promotes diverse, peer-to-peer leadership development opportunities and that encourages students to recognize the importance of leadership development, with the goal of becoming better leaders in the nation’s service and the service of all nations.
