Connections: "Connect to Share, Share to Connect"
LFC Connections is dinner discussion series that brings together students from across campus to discuss specific leadership issues that they have encountered on campus, such as transitions/sustainability, communication, and motivating your team. The goal of these discussions is to create a space for students to share leadership challenges and potential solutions, and to build a network of leaders from different contexts and parts of campus that allows for exchange of ideas and advices.
Upcoming Dinner Discussion: Leading in Context
Our next dinner discussion will be held Wednesday, November 14, 2012 from 5:30pm-7pm in Campus Club Dining Room.
How do different leadership styles change the way a team operates? How can you tell when a particular leadership style is called for? How can you customize the way you lead to a variety of contexts? If you're interested in making a difference in your team, come talk with other campus leaders to share your experiences and learn how to better translate our ideas and visions into reality.
