Our dinner discussion series brings together students to discuss shared challenges such as facilitating officer transitions or motivating a team. Innovations Pilot Programs (Page under construction) The LFC team tests the hypothesis that peer-to-peer learning can fill a leadership development gap at Princeton by introducing and evaluating new, creative programming each year. Through this annual experiment, we continuously refine our understanding of undergraduate leadership development. Narratives Leadership Profiles (Page under construction) LFC celebrates a diverse selection of leaders on campus. The narratives highlight leaders' journeys to show how leaders have overcome failure to reach success at Princeton. These profiles can serve as an educational tool for students. |
