Team Training Trips (T^3)
In order to enable organizational growth and innovation, the LFC team takes Team Training Trips (T^3) to other schools and universities to learn "effective practices" for leadership development. During our visits, we meet with administrators, faculty, staff, and students involved with undergraduate leadership development. In addition, LFC aims to understand the leadership "vibe" on college/university campuses, by randomly surveying students on the role of leadership development on their respective campuses. In the past, LFC has visited Yale University, University of Pennsylvania, Northeastern University, Boston College, Harvard University, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
LFC also uses Team Training Trips for internal development through workshops, devoted work-time, and team bonding. T^3 is a great opportunity for LFC team members to form deeper relationships with each other and create close relationships with other schools.
